Michigan regulators have run out of patience with Vreba-Hoff Dairy LLC, for what they see as blatant, continued abuses of laws intended to protect waterways

Toledo Blade article and official letter dated December 1, 2006 from the Michigan Attorney General's office to Vreba-Hoff Dairy LLC regarding 13 new violations. Vreba-Hoff is the same organization that is going to put the CAFOs in Sandusky County and they continue to demonstrate their inability or unwillingness to follow the rules and protect the environment. What makes us think they will do anything different in Ohio , despite the well-intentioned efforts of the ODA to enforce the regulations?
